You can apply for AVD immediately as a new member. The time between application and AVD depends on the severity of your condition. Long-standing members are however given priority in the appointment.

We do not accept cheques. Payments are only possible by bank transfer or in cash.

We recommend you look at your living will every 2 years, to revise it as necessary and also to sign it again every 2 years, even when no changes have been made.
Members’ accounts will be disabled 100 days after registration if the membership fee has not been paid. If the membership fee is paid at a later date, your account will be reactivated.
